Santa is hitching up his sleigh and coming back to Severndroog Castle this Christmas. We are delighted that our traditional Santa at Severndroog will be on Saturday 12 December. Booking opens for this popular event at 11am on Tuesday 29th September.

What to expect: climb our spiral staircase up to the Lady James Room on the first floor for your chance to meet Santa at Severndroog. In small groups, children will meet Santa and his elf assistant Jingles, join in with a Christmas song and receive a small age-appropriate gift from Santa. There will be an opportunity to take your child’s photo with Santa. 

Booking: Tickets for your child are £15 including booking fee (the accompanying adult does not require a ticket). Please give your child’s name and age when booking, to help us prepare their gift.

Because of the small rooms at Severndroog, we only have space for one accompanying adult per child. We ask for your support with this to please help us to make the experience available to the maximum number of children. 

Please choose your timeslot when booking, tickets are strictly for your timeslot only. 

Age Limit: Santa at Severndroog is for children up to and including the age of 10 years old. 

After your visit to Santa, why not stop by the Tea Room on the ground floor for a cup of delicious Drury Coffee produced in Woolwich, our own recipe mulled apple juice or a sweet treat baked by local small business Ginger Spiced. Did you know the Tea Room is now run directly by Severndroog? This means every pound you spend there goes to helping keep the Castle open for the community.

This year the Severndroog Trust will be running some additional sessions for local children who might not otherwise be able to visit Santa. You can add a donation to your order to pay-it-forward and help support a free place – just select the donation option while purchasing your tickets

Dogs are not permitted at ticketed events at Severndroog Castle, assistance dogs excepted. Please get in touch if you are bringing an assistance dog to the performance, so we can support your visit.
