Join us on the Castle Roof during the evening of the partial solar eclipse on Wednesday 12 August. Our vantage point high over London is a great spot to catch the partial eclipse, weather permitting, as the sun will be low in the sky at the time of peak.

This is a timed ticketed event, 14+. All under 18s must be accompanied by an adult.

Please check you ticket time carefully and arrive 10 minutes early for prompt admittance to the viewing platform. We are sorry but we will not be able to admit you if your are late.

Important Information about your safety: Viewing the partial solar eclipse means that you will be looking directly at the sun. It is important that you use approved eclipse glasses whilst doing this. The Castle can lend a pair of these glasses to you while you are looking to the eclipse on our Viewing Platform. The Severndroog Trust can take no responsibility for your safety while you participate in this event and you accept full responsibility for yourself and any members of your group. All 14-18 year olds must be accompanied by an adult and no under 14s will be admitted.

Dogs are not permitted at ticketed events at Severndroog Castle, assistance dogs excepted. Please get in touch if you are bringing an assistance dog to the performance, so we can support your visit.
