Severndroog Castle welcomes groups of up to 24 people, whether that be U3A groups, local societies or large family groups, to book exclusive tours of the castle. Please be aware that access to the upper rooms is via a spiral staircase with 89 stairs; there is no lift at Severndroog Castle. Your visit doesn’t have to end with Severndroog! The castle is surrounded by an ancient woodland, and the Green Chain Walk passes by the castle.

• A 30-minute guided tour of the two main rooms for up to 24 people, to learn about
  Lady and Sir William James, the building’s uses over the years and the campaign to
  save the castle.
• Spectacular panoramic views over London and the surrounding counties from the
  viewing platform.
• An option for refreshments in our ground floor Tea Room

Your tour will take about 30 to 45 minutes, depending on the size of your group.

Visits are available between 10am and 3pm on Thursdays and Fridays throughout the year and must be pre-booked.
