1. Ticket Validity & Use

• All tickets are valid only for the date and time selected at the time of purchase.

• Tickets are single-use and non-transferable across dates.

• You may transfer your ticket to another eligible person if you are no longer able to attend. Please note that photo ID must be shown at entry for concessionary or discounted tickets to verify eligibility.

• We reserve the right to refuse entry if the ticket is not valid for the date or time presented.

2. Refunds & Cancellations

• Refunds are permitted for any reason up to 7 days prior to the event or general admission date.

• Ticket exchanges (i.e. changing your ticket to a different date) are not available.

• In the event that Severndroog Castle cancels a scheduled event or general admission day (e.g. due to extreme weather, operational issues, or other unforeseen circumstances), a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

• Refunds will not be issued for late arrivals or missed time slots. Where possible, we will attempt to accommodate late arrivals, but this is not guaranteed and is subject to the nature of the event and operational capacity.

3. Late Arrivals & Entry Conditions

• Visitors are responsible for arriving at the time stated on their ticket. Specific events may include instructions for early arrival or staggered entry—please read these carefully when booking.

• Late entry is at the discretion of the Severndroog Castle team and cannot be guaranteed.

4. Data & Privacy

• Personal data collected during the checkout process will be used for operational purposes related to your ticket, such as confirmation emails, event reminders, and updates relating to the event.

• You may opt in to receive promotional communications regarding future events. These communications are managed via Mailchimp, and you may unsubscribe at any time.
