Join us upstairs in Severndroog for our latest Christmas at the Castle event, the return of Celine & Sophie’s popular Christmas Wreath Making Workshop

After gathering for mulled wine and a seasonal sweet treat in the Tea Room, you will go upstairs to be guided by our workshop leaders as you craft your own beautiful Christmas wreath. This evening workshop offers you the opportunity to make your own natural Christmas wreath from scratch. We provide you with all the equipment and advice needed to walk away with a wreath you will be proud to hang on your door. And at the end of the evening, we have a little extra treat for you… a rare night time visit to our Severndroog Castle viewing platform on the roof before you go, to see the lights of London (weather permitting).

Our tutors: With a background in teaching, Celine and Sophie lead professional workshops while promoting well-being in Greenwich, South London. Beyond the classroom, they actively engage in running skills based craft for social and fundraising events. We loved their workshop at Severndroog in 2024, when these beautiful wreaths were made, and are thrilled they are coming back to the Castle this Christmas.

Your ticket price of £55 per person includes the booking fee, a welcome drink and sweet treat, guided wreath making workshop including all the materials needed and an exclusive night time visit to our viewing platform (weather permitting).

Booking for this event closes one week in advance, on November 20th, to allow time for no-waste preparation of the workshop materials

Access to the upper rooms is via spiral staircase, with 86 steps to reach the roof
