SUMMARY:Puppet Theatre in the Courtyard -  A Slow Tale
DESCRIPTION:For a summer Saturday\, join us in the courtyard for this famil
 y show from Letaniko Theatre Company.\nA Slow Tale is a gentle and imagina
 tive puppet theatre production following one small snail’s journey throug
 h fear\, friendship\, and self-discovery. Along the way\, Moody learns that
  courage doesn’t always mean being the fastest\, sometimes it means trust
 ing yourself and continuing forward.\nBest suited for children aged 3-8 yea
 rs old\, and puppet appreciators of all ages. Children under 2 are free but
  please book a ticket so we are aware of numbers. \n\nCombining playful st
 orytelling with handcrafted puppetry\, the show invites young audiences and
  their families into a warm\, reflective world where small steps can lead t
 o big discoveries.\nOriginally created by Theatre "Danny & Dessi" (Bulgaria
 ) and presented to UK audiences in collaboration with Letaniko Theatre\, th
 e production continues to tour in England and beyond.\nThis is an outdoor s
 how in the courtyard at Severndroog Castle\, so please dress for the weathe
 r and bring sun protection. The Tea Room will be open all day\, for our spe
 cial Bank Holiday Monday opening hours. There is a loo with baby changing o
 n the ground floor of the Castle\, and plenty of space for buggy parking. 
 \nThe Letaniko Theatre residency at this summer will include two shows\, st
 arting with A Slow Tale. Performances of A Slow Tale are at 11am and 1pm on
  the following dates: Monday 4 May (Bank Holiday)\, Monday 25 May (Bank Hol
 iday)\, Saturday 13 June and Saturday 22 August\nTickets are available to b
 uy directly from Letaniko Theatre Company:\n\nWhile dogs on leads are welco
 me in the Tea Room\, we do not permit dogs at any ticketed events at Severn
 droog Castle.\nSeverndroog Castle is a small\, independent charity on Shoot
 ers Hill\, London SE18 with no regular funding. We have kept prices for the
  puppet shows frozen from last year\, as everyone is watching the pennies.
